My position as a University-level faculty member provides me with multiple skills and experiences that directly translate to the field of Instructional Design. These include:

● Designing and developing course content and assessments using backwards design to align with learning objectives

● Collaborating with subject matter experts (SMEs) to develop and submit deliverables for professional agencies

● Performing needs analyses, collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders to determine learning objectives and program-level goals, collecting and analyzing data, communicating outcomes, and providing recommendations to stakeholders to increase learner performance

● Conducting learner analyses, designing, and developing eLearning modules, microlearning, job aids, and facilitator guides for instructor-led trainings (ILT) and virtual instructor-led trainings (vILT) to increase learner engagement and success

● Managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines by prioritizing tasks
